I have always known that sex is good for your health. Just think about how you feel for hours and days after good sex.

I distinctly remember reading a few years ago in Judith Sachs book "The Healing Power of Sex" the many the different ways that sex is healthy for you. But recently I had an experience that really brought this healing power of sex home to me personally, big time. I want to share the experience with you.

One day last week, I woke up in the morning about 7 AM. I am definitely not a morning person, and never have been. I struggled (or straggled, as the case may be) to the kitchen where my beloved Somraj had already put the water on to boil and hot water in our respective cups so we could have hot coffee. We live in the mountains, where it gets pretty cold at night, so the cups have to be heated.

I really like my coffee HOT. Funny, that's how I like my men too. Never thought about that before. I know there's an old joke there, but I won't go in that direction.

My coffee is finally done. I'm sitting on the sofa which is my favorite place in the morning for my "coffee meditation." I have a fabulous view of the Standing People (Native American for the pine and fir trees). I'm noticing that my usually positive, playful thoughts are all directing themselves toward the negative.

Ever feel like you don't have control over your thoughts? Doesn't seem to matter what comes into my head, I start grumbling and going down. It doesn't feel like me. Little worries were nagging at me and I'm not the worrying type. The main mental factor was how everything was turning toward what's wrong.

Then I notice that my lower back still hurts. Darn, I think, I should have gone to the chiropractor yesterday. So there I am, sitting, drinking, thinking, grumbling and hurting. I'm trying to meditate but the negative thoughts keep interjecting. My beloved Somraj is doing his morning exercises. When he's done, he comes over to me and says, "Hey, wanna play?" I say "Sure." We had some unfinished business, i.e. loveplay, from the previous evening.

Anyway, back to my story. We share a few sweet everythings, and we start kissing. I can tell immediately that I am really hot. Wow! I'm back. I've returned. Yoo hoo, Jeffre's here. Call it what you will, but I choose to call it a fucking miracle, i.e. a miracle pursuant to fucking.
