The purpose of Supreme Bliss Tantra and the thrust of this ebook is to offer you more options for sensational ecstasy. If you've read this ebook in order, you've learned some new things and hopefully experimented with intimacy, spiritual connection, foreplay, openness, sexual healing, sensual touch, and erotic massage, clio play (Tantric for clitoris), G-spot excitement, and whole body turn-on.
When we started on this path during the mid-90s, neither of us were multi-orgasmic. Like many other women, Jeffre's orgasms required lots of effort. She was never aware of ejaculating. Like most men, Somraj couldn't separate orgasm from ejaculation. So he usually came pretty quickly.
Realizing how much we were missing gave us strong motivation to learn about pleasure, ecstasy, and orgasm through Tantric practice. Much of what is written here is what we've learned from our juicy journey.
HOW MUCH PLEASURE CAN YOU TAKE?

Our favorite Tantric motto is "more, More, MORE!!!"
One of the amazing discoveries every Tantric student makes is their ingrained limits to how much pleasure they allow themselves to experience. Somraj always wanted it all, and used to think he could take as much excitement as he and his lovers could muster. It was a sobering moment when he discovered that he had limits too. Through practice, he's expanded his capacity for pleasure to levels he could never have imagined before.
We use the analogy of a collapsed balloon inside your body. Can you imagine one of those little rubber toys that you blow up for kids' birthday parties? Except in this case, the imaginary balloon fills with sexual energy.
At rest, your pleasure balloon resides around your jewels (Tantric for genitals). As you get excited and create more energy, the balloon expands. If it's restricted to the small area of your jewels, it can fill up too rapidly and burst, creating an explosive orgasm. The momentary feeling is great, but you've released and lost your sexual life force, at least temporarily.
LEARN TO PLAY WITH YOUR PLEASURE BALLOON

The path to the joys of Tantric Sex is to learn to actively play with your pleasure balloon, that imaginary inner bubble that limits and controls your capacity to feel. With training and practice, you can learn to fill your pleasure balloon gradually, expanding it to fill your whole body. Stretch it slowly and you can contain more and more energy without the wonderful but brief explosion that literally pops your bubble.
The more you do, the lighter you'll feel and the higher you'll float. The benefit of stretching your balloon to fill your whole body is that you can then feel the powerful vibrations of orgasm everywhere. And the more you practice, the bigger your bubble will stretch. "Who Does What Most & How Often"
Americans had the most sex in 1999, according to a recent survey of 18,000 men and women between 16 and 25 years of age conducted by SSL International, the British manufacturer of Durex condoms.
The worldwide average was 96 times a year, but Americans claimed to have had sex 132 times a year, followed by the Russians (122), French (121) and Greeks (115). Young Japanese made love the least often (32 times a year), the survey says
Americans also seem to be getting a head start on people from other countries, reporting the earliest average age at which they started having sex. Americans lost their virginity at an average age of 16.4 years, followed by Brazilians at age 16.5 and the French at 16.8, the survey says.
The French had the most sexual partners, claiming an average of 16.7 each. Greeks were second with 15 partners each, followed by Brazilians with 12.5 and Americans with 11.8. Residents of India were the most faithful to their partners, with 82 percent saying they had sex with just one person.
