No, digital doesn't refer to on-line sex. It's not only a computer term.
By Digital Sex we're talking about with digits. Not the ones in

our really important decisions are made every day) about how our

adolescent ideas about sex. I thought it was something only teenagers
majored in. And after losing interest, no one over 30 ever had sex.
Now that we're over 50, we can assure you we're having the best and
the most sex, passion, and orgasmic pleasure of our entire lives.
Thankfully, how wrong we both were.
The Digital Revolution

I was really ignorant about something else very important to sexual
union: getting Vajra (Tantric for penis) inside Yoni (vagina). When I
was just learning about sex, I thought it happened naturally without
any assistance. Kind of like you just get on top and Vajra automatically
slips in. Now that we enjoy experimenting with a whole range of sexual

topic for so many of us that we carry around information gaps, strange
beliefs, and ignorances for years. If you approach sex

-- in the Tantric way, you witness what you think, feel, and do. By
looking at yourself, you realize what doesn't fit today. And change.
Like about navigating Vajra into Yoni. Why was I embarrassed about not
being able to aim Vajra without my hands at times? Or for that matter,
touching, massaging, and exciting jewels (genitals) before full sexual
union. For all the sexual freedom I thought I'd embraced, I was sure
repressed about lots of things I wasn't even aware of.
How did I get so hung up? Frankly, I don't know and I don't care.
Maybe it's just another example of picking up our culture's pervasive
repression of sexuality. In Tantra, we don't worry too much about the
unusual ideas and troubling emotions we carry with us from the past.
Our focus is on how we choose to be now and from here on out. Which

- Condoms Cut Down On STDs -
A new study from Dr. Judith Schlay of Denver Public Health finds
people who consistently use condoms not only reduce their risk of
developing HIV, they also get fewer cases of gonorrhea, chlamydia and
genital herpes. Schlay studied the medical records of 74,000 women
and straight men who visited a Colorado health clinic between 1990
and 2001. About 60% were men, and a large percentage were black
and Latino. Only 16% reported consistently using condoms. But they
were 13% less likely to get gonorrhea (women were 29% less likely),
and 34% less likely to get chlamydia (women were 26% less likely).
Women were 13% less likely to get trichomoniasis, an infection that
causes vaginal irritation, and men were 27% less likely to be infected
