Using Your Hands on the Bulb Erogenous Zone

After making love for a while last night, I got a little soft. Nothing really to worry about because now that I’m 70 I can’t always depend on my erections like I could when I was a teenager. Since Jeffre obviously wasn’t done, I used a Hand Assist. That’s where you hold your vajra (or his vajra, the Tantric word for penis) with your hand. Squeezing vajra’s base with your fingers or a ring made with your thumb and index finger makes him harder just like a cock ring does.

By the way we introduced the idea of the Hand Assist in our June 2004 newsletter entitled The Explicit Joys Of Digital Sex. Digital here refers to your digits, not the internet. It also appears prominently in our new ebook Long Hot Tantric Love Making.

I knew Jeffre was loving the deeper penetration when she squealed and pushed back. Though that made me hard enough to carry on hands-free, we were having so much fun that I continued aiming my vajra towards the 9 erogenous zones inside her yoni (vagina). Targeting these intense pleasure spots during jewel union (sexual intercourse) is a vital part of bringing women to orgasm as explained in depth in our new ebook. But I found that my aim was so much better for her and exciting for me with a Hand Assist.

That’s when I realized that I was grabbing vajra’s bulb to better steer the action. The bulb, one of a man’s 9 primary erogenous zones, is the root of the erection that lies underneath and below his balls. A hard-0n is anchored to the body through this root which you can feel if you carefully press between and beyond his testicles. Just be sure you don’t squeeze the tender balls while you’re exploring. You already know that it’s a rare fellow who gets turned-on by being kicked there.

Using a Hand Assist on vajra’s bulb gave me so much more dexterity to bring her pleasure. It reminded me of witnessing the highly-skilled bull elephant at the San Francisco zoo who mounted his mate. Even though he couldn’t see down there beneath those wide bodies, he somewhere directed his huge member right where she needed it. This was in front of my little kids I might add that I wasn’t ready for at such a tender age of 30.

Anyway, I’ve always remembered that “prehensile prick” and wanted to be able to target yoni’s inner recesses with such orgasmic radar. Maybe my newfound bulb Hand Assist will do the trick.

Enjoying The Wet Spot

I had a great 70th birthday party.  When my wife asked me what I wanted to do, I chose to have a private sex party with her and our best girlfriend. We started around noon and shared what was going on in our hearts and lives until about 5 in the afternoon. OK there was a group dog walk in there since we both have two that need exercise so they’ll leave us alone when we play.

The sexual antics were stellar, fitting for such a momentous ocassion. We had agreeed beforehand that the threesome should be balanced so all of us were invited to be involved all the time. One of my favorite parts was when I was on my side making love inside one while my mouth and hands were busy with the other.

You know the disclaimer that you often see in ads about “don’t try this at home?” No I don’t mean to warn you off of such a glorious threeway coupling if you’ve got the agreement of everyone involved. I just want to let you know this may sound totally hot but isn’t so easy. The one in the middle (me) needed to pay attention to two different women’s arousal ramp-up patterns and energetic rhythms at the same time. And I needed to match my sexual stroking inside one to her needs in each moment while my mouth and hands did something similar with the other. Try chewing gum, hopping on one foot, and unwrapping a birthday present while getting sucked without coming. Fortunately I’ve been blessed with enough chances to practice.  I was rewarded with lots of quivering body parts and loud screams.

But maybe the most memorable moment was when one was riding on top of me while ejaculating. This is a rare pleasure for a guy to receive what we call in Tantra “Amrita.”  That’s an Indian word for nectar of the Goddess. As  I stroked up and down and she met my every thrust with gusto, I could feel her yoni get wetter and wetter. When her gushes started dripping down my hard-on making a little puddle, I was swooning with delight.  On the pad we were playing on, I got the present I’d hoped for.

If female ejaculation is new to you, take our Free online guided tour here. It will give you the option to download our ebook all about it.  Or you can order a copy of our Female Ejaculation paperback from Amazon or your local bookseller.

Women, have you done it consciously? Partners have you ever been showered with Amrita?  We’d love to hear about your experiences  and your questions.

In our minds, “foreplay” is anything that’s already happened which prepares you for what’s about to come. Consequently, everything we’ve covered so far can be considered foreplay. In the All-Chakra system of Tantric LoveMaking, we’ve started with the upper chakras, opening your hearts to love, connecting at a soul level, and getting your minds in its proper focused low-key gear. The Spiral Scheme Principle includes mental, emotional, and even spiritual foreplay circles. Now we’re going to get more physical.

Of course, the term foreplay usually denotes what you do to get ready for Jewel Union. Since “fore” encourages insensitive lovers to rush through it instead of making it last and enjoying it to the max, we prefer the term LovePlay. LovePlay is…

Any kind of intimate, physical, sexual interaction that creates turn-on and demonstrates love, affection, and desire.

We’re avid proponents of heavy make-out and petting sessions before you take your clothes off. Searching for your honey’s pleasure spots and teasing them is a great way to start your motors running hot. Whatever you call it, it’s great fun and essential for ecstatic Tantric LoveMaking.

In this book our primary targets are, for the most part, the 28 erogenous zones in and around women’s and men’s jewels that can trigger an orgasm. But actually anywhere on your body that’s sensitive, or the 33 secondary erogenous zones, can cause a pleasurable reaction. People can be aroused when their crown of the head, scalp, hair, center of forehead, eyelids, eyebrows, temples, face, mouth, lips, ears, neck, throat, shoulders, chest, breasts, nipples, belly, navel, waist, fingers, hands, arms, armpits, sides, back, butt, thighs, legs, knees, feet, ankles, toes are lightly touched. Others like some of these pleasure spots licked, sucked, bitten, scratched, pressed, kneaded, or massaged more vigorously.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There are so many delicious ways to titillate your lover’s body. Sensuously undressing each other, sexy dancing, passionate kissing, and Sensual Massage are some of our favorites. It may not be your thing, but it’s still interesting to note that devotees of the Kama Sutra specialized in sensuous scratching, biting, and slapping. If your desires run hotter than most, you might really enjoy bondage, domination, and Fantasy Role-Playing to get you super turned on.
And then there are those lovers who excel at playing hard to get.
Are we saying that teasing is a turn-on? Well, yes and no. Starting slow and increasing stimulation certainly is yummy for many people. Jeffre loves soft slow touch at first, but if it goes on too long it tickles. That’s really clear when she squirms away. Intentionally withholding what your playmate is craving might excite them for a while but eventually feels like torture. Unless you have an agreement for extreme sexual play, inflicting pain probably won’t get you where you want to go. As with so many facets of making love, timing is everything and, like the Moving Target Principle states, everyone is different at different times.
We don’t recommend you create a set agenda and do the same things each time. Minds and bodies, especially those of women, get bored with a pat routine. The closest we come to a set program is to get ready and get turned on together. Otherwise we let spontaneity and playfulness be our guide.
You probably noticed that we haven’t mentioned the jewels (genitals) yet. Stroking a wet yoni (vagina) lips and sucking a vajra (penis) are super exciting foreplay. We will get there shortly. It’s just that Tantric LoveMaking is slower than you see in movie love scenes and porn flicks. We like to savor each sensation and make it last as long as possible. So we encourage you to see how turned on you can get from the non-jewel foreplay in this chapter before heading south.
And then there’s kissing. When you first fall in love, you can’t keep your mouths apart. You want to share your lips and press them close to demonstrate the love and affection you feel, to show how important your connection is to both of you. It’s such a sweet expression of affection that reveals how full and open your hearts are.
Wasn’t it Jane Fonda in the classic movie On Golden Pond who learned to call it “sucking face?”
Did you know that there are around 10,000 nerve endings in the lips and tongue? That’s 100 times more than your fingertips. Maybe that’s why a deep juicy kiss strongly stimulates desire and gets you both ready for Jewel Union. And if you’ve tried it while you’re jewels are engaged, you know what a sexual booster it is.
Kissing is a wonderful form of LovePlay because it stimulates so many different chakras. Your vision, minds, and third eyes are totally focused on each other. Your bodies are so close, immersed in each other’s personal space.
Whole Body LovePlay
Kissing all parts of the body can be divine, especially when you use your breath to warm each area first with your fingers lightly swirling all around. Alternating mouth and hand caresses can be a great combo, morphing into sensual and erotic massage which we’ll get to shortly. Let’s take a look at some moves that can fire delicious pleasure signals to your honey’s brain with  highly desirable consequences.
Head And Neck
Jeffre loves her neck kissed and licked slowly and languorously. The entire area between the jawline and shoulders is a delightful erogenous zone. Because the skin is thinner in the indentation where the neck connects with the collarbone, using your mouth and tongue here yields stronger sensations. Many lovers, especially guys, love their earlobes sucked a bit, a tongue plunged inside, and the outlines of their ears traced with the tip of a tongue. Somraj really gets off when his head is scratched. And once he was wowed by a lover who kissed him all over his face, forehead, and gently on his eyelids.
The Sides Of The Torso
There’s a powerful nerve that snakes from the bottom of the rib cage down to the hips. It’s powerful because when stimulated it connects directly to a woman’s clio (clitoris) or a man’s vajra (penis). Since this area can be pretty ticklish, kiss or massage it firmly and see if it doesn’t reflexively cause your baby’s pelvic-floor muscles to contract. This can cause luscious yoni and vajra, clio and testicle contractions. (We’ll discover soon how important those muscles are for turn-on and orgasm.) You can also lick, nibble, and stroke the torso sides separately and in all kinds of sequences.
The Back
Maybe because of a mild case of shingles some years ago, Somraj’s back is an intense pleasure zone. Well, many of us love back rubs of all kinds, but he especially delights from scratching. We’re not referring to a therapeutic massage here, but if that’s what gets your blood boiling, go for it. You can start by kneading the neck and shoulders but switch to a lighter stroke lower down. The base of the spine, the sacrum, has a knob that’s rife with many sensitive nerves. Lightly spiral baby kisses or soft finger brushes to trigger some thrilling chills. And while we’re at it, don’t miss your sweetie’s bum. You can give intense pleasure with a little kissing, scratching, or deep kneading on the derriere cheeks.
The Hands And Feet
Obviously the hands and feet are way sensitive due to all the nerve endings there. Holding hands is a lovely way to connect and is probably more popular than playing footsie which shouldn’t be ignored. Stroking and kneading your sweetie’s hands is a really sensual way to get them to want more. There was a period when we used to start every lovemaking session with a firm and oily foot massage. Adding in licking and sucking fingers and toes is way hot, too, preferably without massage oil. Jeffre still raves about a Thumbgasm she had some years ago from the sensuous sucking by a dedicated admirer.
The Breasts
Women’s breasts are a robust pleasure zone. The nipples and areolae, the pigmented circle around the nipples, are sensitive and erectile. Since they’re designed for sucking, it can be orgasmic. Reports of Breastgasms are quite common from highly sensual females. But it takes communication and experimentation. Women differ in the type and pressure of breast contact they respond to. It seems to depend on where they are in their monthly cycle and their level of arousal in each different moment. Jeffre likes them held and kneaded gently before moving to the nipples. Sometimes Somraj likes his nipples flicked, licked, pulled, and sucked, too. We’ll devote more attention to breasts when we deal with Add-Ons, delightful things you can do while locked in a lovemaking embrace.
The Inner Thighs
We bet you know how electrifying it can be to sensuously kiss or caress the inner thighs. Not only are they the gateway to your jewels, but they’re serviced by one of the most explosive nerves in the body. Start kissing, nuzzling, or stroking from close to the knee and slowly draw your contact upwards. Try this with a wet finger and then the tip of your tongue for an unforgettable experience. LovePlay up the inner thighs is well known for making lovers pant and feel delectable spasms in their crotch. Because this is a highly sensitive area, be careful you don’t make your attentions too ticklish.
The Chakras
An electrifying way to open your partner’s energy channels is by activating their seven chakras. One method is to lightly kiss your partner’s chakras beginning with the seventh (at the top of the head) and ending with the first (the Perineum, between jewels and anus). Or you can start at the bottom and work your way up. Since the chakras extend front and back, this kind of contact can be done with your partner lying on their stomach or back or both. During our formative Tantra training we were given a jar of sweet-smelling chakra balm that we anointed each other with before making love. If you want to be more elaborate, you can kiss a chakra and then lovingly tell your partner what you adore about that particular kind of energy they represent.
Among the fun forms of loveplay we’ve suggested are kissing, licking, sucking, caressing, fingering, flicking, tapping, nuzzling, stroking, scratching, kneading, grabbing, and pulling. By all means try any of them cautiously on all parts of your sweetie’s body. This list may not include kinkier LovePlay with other places like the armpits. How do you think your playmate would like you nibbling, kissing, and licking them all over? To get an accurate reading of your partner’s desire, ask them to demonstrate how they wish to be touched.
Remember to keep changing what you’re doing as unexpected contact can generate sparks to increase the excitement. You can also try lightly grazing your cheek against the areas above and then tracing your tongue along the same path. And let’s not forget brushing your hair against your lucky playmate’s skin before you switch to gently raking your fingernails to deepen the sensation. Oh, we forgot to mention giving hickies. Well, it was popular when we were teenagers.
Kama Sutra Embraces
There is no order of precedence for kissing, scratching, or biting, because they involve passion. They are generally used before sex, and slapping and moaning during sex.
Kamasutra translated by Wendy Doniger & Sudhir Kakar
You’ve undoubtedly heard of the Kama Sutra, the erotic Hindu love manual. Most have, thanks to the courageous translation of Sir Richard Burton during the 19th century. He was a much earlier nobleman with the same name as the well-known modern English actor.
Secret Tantric writings addressed working with all energies — body, mind, emotion, spirit — as a path to enlightenment. In contrast, the Kama Sutra was merely a compilation of the sexual customs of upper-class Indians. It was written by a religious scholar named Vatsyayana who lived in Pataliputra, India sometime between 200 and 500 AD.
His guide was meticulous and graphic about many things most people are too embarrassed to talk about today, such as…
Kama Sutra Kissing
The Kama Sutra gave instructions about the different varieties from quick pecking to deep vibrant to slow rubbing in different positions and situations. Vatsyayana suggests trying dry and wet, hard and soft, licking and sucking, long and short, nibbling and holding. Both the body and lips were fair game.
Kama Sutra Licking
Licking is juicy fun. Try many of the same variations mentioned in kissing. Try them all over. Some women especially like it really sloppy wet. Slow is the key to ecstasy by licking.
Kama Sutra Sucking And Squeezing
Remember how you liked getting hickeys when you were a teenager? The edge of pain can be very arousing for many especially if feeling naughty excites you. Visit the same spots you kissed and licked with your whole mouth and apply a little suction. You can also squeeze when you suck with your lips, your fingers, your hands, your arms, your legs, and your yoni.
Kama Sutra Scratching
The Kama Sutra gave explicit instructions for using your fingernails to make eight different shapes on the chin, lips, armpits, breasts, neck, back, thighs, Mound of Venus, and between the legs. Scratching isn’t something you’ll want to do all the time. It’s best when your sexual energy is fierce, otherwise it may be too much. The teeth can be used for scratching as well. Just be cautious if you choose to try it on your guy’s vajra unless you know he gets off on it. Somraj really hates it.
Kama Sutra Biting
The Kama Sutra advised lovers to bite everywhere that kissing, licking, sucking, and scratching was well received. It listed eight different kinds of bites from light to medium to strong and anywhere in between. The Indian love guide instructed lovers to bite hard enough to leave marks — esteemed souvenirs — all around the breast in an even pattern.
Some of these practices can become very intense. It’s important for a giver to consider the sensory intensity of what they’re doing to the receiver. Stroking and caressing are mild, while tickling and cupping can be a bit more stimulating. Licking, squeezing, and gripping are stronger, while sucking, gripping, pinching, and pulling are even more so. Scratching, biting, and slapping are obviously the most intense.
For all these embraces, please be careful and start very gently. Back off if your partner seems to tense up or resist it. Always let the receiver be the guide. We offer this spectrum of LovePlay techniques in the same spirit that Vatsyayana did centuries ago. He didn’t insist that every lover always used every technique. For example, slapping is mentioned various places in the Kama Sutra but not described as a primary technique.
Exercise: LovePlay
Purpose
The purpose of this partner exercise is to experiment with LovePlay in a conscious and premeditated way.
Directions
  1. Create a Sacred Space, discuss the Partnering Questions, and do a Heart Bonding to insure everything you do is consensual.
  2. Start with kissing.
  3. Use your mouth, lips, and tongue to explore all over your sweetie’s body.
  4. Try licking all the parts you kissed. Use the tip of your tongue in lines and circles, and then the flat part in different sequences. You might even use the sides. There’s a famous oral sex trick you can try if you’re game, spelling out the letters of the alphabet with your tongue in various spots.
  5. Take another tour around your lover’s divine landscape by sucking and squeezing, playing with different strengths of suction and pressure.
  6. Experiment with biting, scratching, and slapping if you want to go further. Start by gently applying your teeth in all manner of places on your beloved’s body. At first, stop short of leaving any marks, but if welcomed, you can gradually use more pressure. Just be careful not to break the skin when you leave some hickey souvenirs.
  7. Scratch with your nails wherever it’s safe or requested. Test out different strokes, long and short, hard and soft, fast and slow, to discover what the different parts of your beloved’s body prefers. You can also use your teeth in certain spots to scratch.
  8. Experiment with a little spanking. Some lovers find a healthy slap on the rump can be an amazing turn-on. You want to start by gently tapping different parts of your playmate’s body with your fingertips. As you increase the force and speed of your taps, notice what spots can take more. Then play around with slapping using your flat fingers, your palm, and the back of your hand. Aficionados of BDSM (bondage, domination, sadism, and masochism) use crops, whips, clips, and paddles in elaborately choreographed rituals to reach extraordinary altered states.
  9. Combine kissing, licking, sucking, biting, scratching, and slapping in creative ways.
Comments
As the Kama Sutra has taught us, LovePlay applied with consciousness and sensitivity can be a true art form.
Making the Most of our Long-Lasting Energy Engine
We had a delicious longie last night. We spent the first few hours working on our relationship so we only had time for one uninterrupted round of intense lovemaking. But it was nearly two hours and way hot.
If you know anything about Tantra, you’ll understand that we could only enjoy such extended jewel union (sexual intercourse) by heightening our excitement and spreading the sexual energy all over our bodies. We didn’t push for the Big O or even have one (well, until the next day and that was fantastic). But each of us sure had lots of different kinds of climaxes.
That’s why we call Tantric Love Making orgasmic sex. That’s when sex feels like a continuous orgasm.
I realized something about what we were doing that we’ll need to add to our new Long Hot Tantric Love Making ebook. We were using the in-and-out sexual stroking of our jewels to generate kundalini. That’s the ancient name for sexual and orgasmic energy. Over and over we pumped a little and then directed the blossoms of kundalini to expand and fill our whole bodies.
Instead of trying to come or help our partner over the edge which usually ends our playtime prematurely, the thrusting of our jewels served as a kundalini production engine. In other words, each sexual stroke was like another shovel of coal into the boiler. Then we instinctively channeled the passion everywhere and exchanged it to ramp our fire at up even higher.
Moving our feet and spreading our knees attracted the excitement to our legs. Pulsing our pelvic muscles pumped kundalini upwards to our torsos. Sounding opened our chests and throats to attract more sizzling sensations. Undulating loosened our torsos and necks letting our heads fill. And of course there were powerful ways we used our breath and minds to make us feel like we were coming everywhere over and over.
These are the simple-to-learn tools of running energy. That’s a major theme of what we teach in Long Hot Tantric Love Making.  Download your copy now by clicking here if you can’t wait to learn it.
The first part is clio’s Shaft that extends up from clio’s pearl a half to one inch towards a woman’s belly. The shaft, also known as the Body or Corpus of the clitoris, is a cylinder about the width of a pencil that’s completely covered by the hood. The picture below shows three rather pronounced versions of clio’s shaft. You’ll notice that the pearl is not very visible, especially in the rightmost image.
Clio’s shaft is composed of a loose cylinder of fibrous tissue that allows some back-and-forth movement. Though it’s still sensitive, the shaft is less so than the exposed pearl due to the surrounding fibers. The upper portion of clio’s shaft and its bend rests on top of a part of the pelvis commonly referred to as the Pubic Bone. Fortunately, there’s a cushion between the shaft and bone composed of a layer of fat and muscle. When erect, the shaft can feel like a thick, taut cable. Next time your sweetie is super turned on down there, try rubbing across it and see if she likes it.
Though you can feel the shaft by rolling a finger across it, the inward turn that it makes down towards inner yoni is less obvious. It actually forks into two legs, or Crura, that run along the inner edge of the pubic bone around each side of inner yoni. The legs of this plump wishbone continue down deeper for three to four inches around either side of yoni’s inner canal.
Clio’s V-Bulbs or Vestibular Bulbs are teardrop-shaped erectile structures that lie on either side of yoni’s mouth. They are underneath the inner lips and extend up along the sides beneath the vestibule. At the top they are attached to clio’s shaft. As a result, when a woman’s clio is stimulated, so are the V-bulbs. And vice versa.
The vestibular bulbs are made of the same kind of spongy tissue that fills with blood and make a vajra hard when aroused. When they get engorged and puffed up, the bulbs form a major part of the snug Cuff that encircles a penetrating finger, toy, or vajra. Jewel union is much more pleasurable with a yoni plumped up by erect V-bulbs.
To locate them, place your fingers on either side of yoni’s mouth and press down firmly. If you rub and squeeze, you’ll begin to feel these inflatable organs swell under your fingers. Even better, put a finger just inside your yoni and your thumb outside an outer lip. If you squeeze, you’ll feel the rounded structure of the lower half of the bulb. When they get real puffy, you’ll be able to feel them fatter at the bottom and thinner up near clio’s shaft.
Have you ever noticed the pleasurable sensation from two fingers pressing into the soft tissue on either side of yoni’s mouth? You have clio’s crura and V-bulbs to thank for that. This is one of Jeffre’s favorite warm-ups.
In summary, there are five parts of clio that you need to appreciate: hood, pearl, shaft, V-bulb, and legs.
Inner Yoni
Inner yoni is from two and a half to four inches in length extending from yoni’s mouth further into the body. Its inner hills and valleys are a deeply-folded, ridged, expandable canal with a rich supply of nerves and blood vessels. This pliable tube is a highly flexible sheath surrounded by layers of muscle and lined with mucous membranes that produce slippery lubrication. Yoni’s mouth and the outer third of inner yoni are surrounded by erectile tissue which make them sensitive to touch. That means the surrounding walls fill with blood and get engorged just like a vajra.
From its outside opening, yoni’s canal curves up towards the belly and uterus. The Uterus, or womb, is where babies are conceived and grow. It’s a strong hollow organ composed of multiple muscle layers that’s shaped like an upside-down pear. The uterus lies just above a woman’s pubic bone between her bladder and rectum. It doesn’t maintain a fixed position but moves in response to a woman’s fertility cycle and sexual arousal.
At the base of the uterus lies the Cervix, the cone-shaped entryway to the womb. Inside this donut is a muscular passageway about one inch long that protrudes out into the top of yoni’s canal. It’s typically round and contains hundreds of mucous glands. The cervix is very narrow, maybe the size of the tip of a ballpoint pen. After childbirth its shape changes to more of a slit.
If you had an X-ray view, you would see that entire structure of the clio has a V-shape. That’s because clio’s shaft rising up towards her pubic bone before it turns towards inner yoni’s canal and splits into its legs, the crura. Only the pearl at the outside tip presses through the skin at the top of the inner lips between those outer lips.
One to two inches inside yoni on the upper front wall is what some call a secret orgasmic trigger. We’re talking about a woman’s G-Spot, the rough sensitive area that was named after Dr. Ernst Gräfenberg, a German gynecologist. In spite of all the confusion surrounding this pleasure target, LovePlay here can elicit powerful multiple orgasms and trigger female ejaculation.
Actually, the G-Spot is not strictly one spot since the erogenous zone moves. It blossoms in an area of especially sensitive spongy erectile tissue that surrounds the urethra. The female version of this urethral sponge runs along the top or front side of the inner yoni and much of its length protrudes downward into the canal. When aroused this creates a highly-sensitive ridge extending down into inner yoni. As a result, we prefer to use Dr. Gary Schubach’s term, G-Crest, instead of G-spot. We believe that clio’s legs connect to the G-crest as well as another similar erogenous zone at the bottom of yoni’s mouth.
This is the Lower Sponge. Its medical names are perineal body, posterior sponge, or perineal sponge. This area of squishy erectile tissue lies between yoni’s canal and the rectum. The lower sponge is usually one-half to one-and-a-half inches inside the body and about one-half inch deep. You can find it by inserting a thumb inside the yoni and a finger in the rosetta. If you squeeze them together, you’ll find an area that feels fat and spongy. Since the wall between the two canals is so thin, if you go deeper than the lower sponge your digits will nearly touch. But it may not feel very full or sensitive until you’re really turned-on.
A little appreciated fact of the yoni’s geography is the open triangle at the top. There’s a little crevice on either side of the cervix each of which is called a Fornix. There’s an anterior one, meaning towards the belly, which is very close to a woman’s bladder. Being anterior, it’s often called the A-Spot. There’s also a posterior one (towards the back) which has the cute name Cul-De-Sac. Skilled lovers have discovered the unusual pleasure that results from a vajra head or dildo pumping into these tighter spots.
These articles will give you the whole story about all 61 human sexual erogenous zones. If that term isn’t part of your usual vocabulary, an erogenous zone is a spot on the body that gets you hot and bothered when played with properly. We think a major reason why women particularly struggle with orgasm is their lack of understanding — and that of their partners — about how to pleasure all of them.
The following article goes into depth about the 19 primary erogenous inside and around a woman’s jewels (genitals).
Women’s jewels (genitals) are quite remarkable for their ability to change shape for emerging babies and penetrating vajras (penises). And of course for the incredible pleasure they can give if treated properly.
As might have already noticed, we use the Sanskrit word yoni for the Vulva, the outer part of the yoni that’s visible to the outside world, and the Vagina, the inner canal. For clarity, we sometimes write outer yoni for the vulva and inner yoni for the vagina.
No part of a woman’s anatomy has received so much attention, so much love, and so much abuse as her yoni. Ancient cultures revered her, modern lovers treasure her, and anyone who’s ever been born owes her a profound debt of gratitude. There are many poetic names for the yoni throughout history. Honey pot, garden of delight, secret garden, and sacred shrine, temple or gate are lovely. The ancient Chinese Taoists, who’s most valued gem was jade, called a woman’s sex organ the jade gate, jade door, pleasure grotto, or cinnabar cave.
Since a primary subject of this book is how to best insert a vajra inside a yoni and how to make it orgasmic once inside, it’s vital for both givers and receivers to understand a woman’s jewel anatomy. That’s where this chapter begins. Not only is it vital for a lover to fully appreciate the nature of the organ being penetrated, but the more conscious a woman is of her yoni, the better her sexual experience will be.
When you view a woman’s yoni between her spread legs, you’ll notice pubic hair at the top that covers her Mound Of Venus, medically known as the Mons Pubis, Mons Veneris, or just Mons. This is a soft pad of tissue over the top of her pubic bone that contains an abundant supply of scent glands. Many women love pressure, grinding, and even bumping here from another pubic bone.
Just below the mound is the clio, our name for the clitoris. A woman’s clio and yoni are protected by two vertical folds of skin which when closed form a protective shield from the outside world. We commonly call them Lips though the official term is Labia. At the bottom is her Rosetta (anus).
The longer, larger, thicker Outer Lips, technically referred to as Labia Majora, have a layer of fatty tissue that provides some padding. Depending on how much, they vary from slender or plump. The outer lips extend from the mound to below Yoni’s Mouth just above the perineum. We prefer to call yoni’s opening her mouth instead of the medical term Introitus. Pubic hair typically grows from the mound down around the outside of the outer lips. The inner side is most often smooth and hairless. At rest, the outer lips cover the entire yoni.
When the outer lips spread open, they reveal the inner parts. The Inner Lips, technically the Labia Minora, are typically thinner and arranged in elaborate drapes and folds. They come in all shapes, sizes, and colors and are covered by mucous membranes. This “mucosa” is comprised of soft, delicate, silky, and often slippery tissue.
Sometimes the inner lips are longer and sometimes they’re shorter than the fleshier outer lips. Longer ones can protrude quite far. The inner lips may be symmetrical or very different from each other. Their configuration has nothing to do with how much pleasure they can create. By the way, we’re disgusted with the growing trend of surgical labial reductions. Ladies, we encourage you to celebrate your yoni’s unique beauty however it shows up.
Usually inner lips are way more sensitive than the outer lips. They surround and cover yoni’s mouth when she’s not turned on. The tissue that protects the clio connects to the top of inner lips.
Below yoni’s mouth is the Perineum, the smooth, tough, yet flexible skin between the yoni and the anus. Informally this is known as the Taint, a street term said to originate from the saying “t’ain’t pussy and t’ain’t ass.” Though it’s not particularly sensitive by itself, pressing or stretching the perineum can be pleasurable because it stretches the rosetta and another pleasure zone just below yoni’s mouth. Of course, the rosetta is the sensitive orifice of elimination between the butt cheeks which is also loaded with nerve endings. Maybe that’s why a vocal minority of lovers really enjoy backdoor sex which we’ll get into later.
A yoni’s mouth is surrounded by the inner lips and Vestibule, which is the courtyard area enclosed within the inner lips. It’s the soft, sensitive tissue all around yoni’s mouth which extends from just below clio’s pearl to just above the perineum.
Like men, women also have a slender tube called the urethra that conducts urine outward from the bladder. The opening of the urethra, which we prefer to call the Outlet, is technically known as the Meatus. It lies in the vestibule below a woman’s clio within the yoni’s inner lips. Though most outlets are just above the upper edge of the yoni’s mouth, some are just inside the top side of yoni’s mouth.
All these parts are highly sensitive, including a woman’s outer lips, vestibule, inner lips, outlet, and clio, roughly in that increasing order of sexual responsiveness. That’s why she loves touches, licks, and insertions especially when they’re offered from the mindset of the Tantric Attitude.
The Clio is the little organ whose bud peaks out under a covering of skin at the apex where the inner lips meet. This is the only human organ whose purpose is strictly dedicated to pleasure. The hood protects clio’s highly sensitive head, or Pearl.
Many consider the clio, or what Paul Verlaine called the “shining pink button” in his 1889 poem, the crown jewel of female anatomy. This flexible and erectile organ is located above the vestibule where the inner lips meet. It’s unique because, unlike every other part of the body, it has no other purpose but pleasure. Because of the proliferation of tiny blood vessels and 8,000 nerve endings in such a small space, the clio is hypersensitive and a powerful source of sexual pleasure. Before sufficient arousal, direct contact with clio’s pearl can be too much, even painful, for many women. You might have discovered, the same occurs after an explosive orgasm making most clios off limits for a while.
Clio’s pearl — the head, tip, or glans — is shaped like an acorn or olive. It’s the part most sensitive to touch. The picture above shows an extremely large pearl with the protective tissue retracted. Possibly this woman had part of that covering surgically removed like Jeffre did many years ago. Though pearls average the size of pencil eraser, they vary considerably in size from woman to woman. They can be as small as a tiny pea or an inch or two long. Just like vajra length and girth, clio’s size has no effect on how much pleasure it can generate.
If you pull back the skin above the clio that covers it, you may or may not see its pearl. Some clios are very shy and just aren’t visible until they swell with enough excitement. Others are more like an exhibitionist. Either way, since they’re attached to the inner lips, movements like sexual thrusting inside yoni, provide indirect stimulation.
Clio’s Hood, medically called the Prepuce, is made up of flaps of fleshy tissue connected at the top of the inner lips. It’s quite thick on some women. That’s good news because it protects the highly-sensitive pearl from the friction of clothes and from overstimulation during sexual play. These sensations can be intense, making them extremely uncomfortable and sometimes painful if there’s too much too soon. When erect, the pearl usually protrudes from under clio’s hood. The image at the right is more typical with the less distinct pearl being largely covered by the hood. That’s the bad news, making it somewhat harder to find and pleasure.
Not many people realize that a clio is much more than what you can see. There’s about eight inches inside a woman’s body.
Read The Second Half
Though you could argue it both ways, we also include the Nipples in our list of outer primary female erogenous zones. That’s because for many women’s whose sexual energy systems are fully open and awake, the nipples can trigger powerful full-body orgasms.
The deeper parts of a woman’s clio and the remainder of the inner female erogenous zones are explained in detail in the second half of this article. You can read it anytime in our Orgasmic Sex Discussion Board here.
9 Easy Ways to Have Tantric Sex
by Mandar Tantra
November 28, 2016 · Nasik, India
A lot of people are turned off by tantric sex without ever really knowing exactly what it is and how it’s done. They associate it with 10 hour long sex sessions, kink or new-age type thinking and assume, “it’s not for me.” But tantric sex is actually a lot different than you think. Practicing tantric sex doesn’t have to mean all day sex session,although it can and you both would love it! But with busy lives you can easily incorporate tantric practices into your lives. You’ll see a huge improvement in your sex life and your relationship. Here’s how to do it:
1. Tantric sex is a form of meditation – I know what you’re probably thinking, “wait, there’s that new age stuff I was worried about!” but hear me out. This isn’t the kind of mediation you’re thinking of, after all, this involves getting intimate with your partner. The fact is proven now that meditation reduces stress and increases your focus. Both of those things lead to better, more pleasurable sex.
2. The brain is your biggest and most important sex organ – If you’re not convinced that your head need to be in the right place to have good sex, consider the following. Many sexual dysfunctions in both men and women can be attributed to psychological issues. I’m not talking about major psychological problems, I’m saying that your brain can easily block you from having an orgasm, getting an erection, lasting longer and enjoying sex to the fullest overall. Therefore, the first thing you need to take care of when it comes to sex is your brain (and your partner’s, of course).
3. Let go of expectations – Most sex these days is completely focused on unrealistic expectations. We’re so caught up in these expectations that we forget to actually enjoy what we’re doing. Some common expectations involve how long it should last, the best positions, the best techniques, how it should feel, and that you and your partner will have an orgasm. We are overly focused on the “goals” of sex and aren’t paying enough attention to the journey. Try forgetting about all of those expectations and notice how much more pleasurable sex becomes.
4. Get to know your own body – Another thing we often focus on is our partner’s body and how she/he is feeling. Don’t get me wrong, it’s great to make sure you consider your partner’s experience and want to please her/him, but you don’t want to focus on this to the point where you forget about enjoying your own bodily sensations. Most people touch themselves with one main goal in mind, to have an orgasm and little else. Having that orgasm is just fine, but next time you self-pleasure, take time to really get to know your body and what you like. Being in tune will not only help you enjoy sex more, but it will also make you a better lover.
5. Slow WAY down – Did you know that thrusting away fast and hard can often lessen the sensations that you and your partner feel? In tantric sex it’s all about going slow. A tantric expert once told me to average 3 thrusts/strokes for every 30 you would normally do. It might be impossible, hard or just downright boring, but slowing way down will actually make you feel and enjoy the sensations more.
6. Entice all 5 senses – Don’t just pay attention to the sense of touch, but also take into account ways to excite your sense of smell, hearing, taste, and sight. Tantric sex is a holistic experience.
7. Keep your eyes open – Part of tantric sex is gazing into your partner’s eyes. This might feel uncomfortable at first and you might even experience some embarrassed laughter. That’s ok! Sex should be fun and not take that seriously. But do keep your eyes open the whole time. After a while it will stop feeling uncomfortable and you will start feeling more connected to your partner.
8. Focus on what is happening – Instead of getting caught up in thoughts about how long you will last, if your partner will notice that you’ve gained weight, or if you’re big enough for her, just focus on exactly what it happening in the moment. Focus on your feelings and the sensations in your body.
9. Breathe – If you have heard anything about tantric sex before, this is probably one that you are familiar with. Many people hold their breath during sex and especially as they’re approaching orgasm. But you actually want to do the complete opposite. Take deep breaths from your belly. This will help blood flow throughout your body and into your genitals, making the sensations and orgasm more intense.
